Conference Registration Fee

Deadline for conference registration is 18th May 2023

For participants that wish to pay via Credit Card, we will provide a POS for payment of registration fee upon your arrival at the airport. The Confirmation Code provided to you during your registration will be required to complete this payment process.
 

Cedi Equivalent Payments

$1 (USD) = GHS 13.00 Please use this rate for all cedi payments.

Cedi equivalent payments for registration fee is only applicable to members of the Honorary Consular Corps of Ghana (HCCGH).

All Diplomats in Accra are invited to join the Conference and Gala Dinner on 27 May 2023 at Kempinski Hotel Gold Coast City.

Special rates offered for registration @ $150 and spouse/ partner/ guests @ $50.00

Accommodation/Hotel Fees

Hotels will provide free shuttle service from the Airport to the Hotel upon your arrival (pick-up and drop-off). Please make sure to indicate/request a shuttle service when booking your hotel. Transportation other than for the main events as per the program would be at your own provision.
