  3. A confirmation Code will be provided to you to confirm your payment has been received and that you are fully registered for the conference.
  4. All payments must be in USD (United States Dollars)
  5. Credit Card Payment: For participants that wish to pay via Credit Card, we will provide a POS for payment of registration fee upon your arrival at the airport. The Confirmation Code provided to you during your registration will be required to complete this payment process.
  6. Transportation: Hotels will provide free shuttle service from the Airport to the Hotel upon your arrival (pick-up and drop-off). Please make sure to indicate/request a shuttle service when booking your hotel.
    Transportation other than for the main events as per the program would be at your own provision.
